Should the internet be a public utility?
I’m simply begging for any other options...
Hello Suchlings,
This week, I got to use the podcast to settle my own personal grievance with my internet service provider. Over the years, I have spent hours on the phone with my ISP’s customer service line hoping to get better speeds, or at least shave off a few dollars from my monthly bill, to no avail. And the worst part is I have no other options in my neighborhood.
